What We Do For You
We help you bring new business into your community. When a company wants to expand or relocate, they tell us what they need and want in a site. We then gather the information about available sites, buildings, labor, and utilities only from SSN members - economic development organizations across the country that pay an annual membership fee for the opportunity to respond to pre-qualified projects.

How We Do It

The company provides the SSN with a detailed description of its needs.
We post the Request for Proposal (RFP) on this Web site. If the site project is being conducted in your area, you will be notified the moment it is posted on the Web.
You will have a chance to review the company's parameters, and if your community has a site that meets the company's needs, you can submit a proposal using the Location Project Questionnaire, linked to each RFP.
Our site selection professionals compile all of the community information from each economic development agency that responded to the project.
We then create an easy-to-use, easy-to-read report comparing the advantages of each community and site. Your information, along with photographs, topography, utility rates, and labor information pertaining to the site will have its own section within the binder. We then send the binder to the company.
We remain in contact with the company every month, and we will provide you with regular updates as to the progress of the project.
